Background

The Socinga Africa ecosystem is structured across four integrated pillars,

Insurance, Creative Studios, Mining, and Foundation.

This Is Our Story

From Humble Beginnings to a Pan-African Enterprise

Socinga Africa is today a diversified enterprise operating across key sectors on the African continent. Yet its journey began with a single vision, rooted in discipline, service and long-term impact.

Our story begins in 1998 with our Founder and Managing Director, Jabulile Dladla — fondly known as Sis Jabu. She began her career at Prosperity Insurance as a funeral insurance agent, serving under the leadership of CEO Wally Fisher. Over fifteen years, she developed deep expertise in long-term insurance administration, operational governance and client-centred service.

In 2013, drawing on this experience, she founded Socingamgabadeli Consultancy and Projects (Pty) Ltd, focusing on long-term insurance administration and brokerage services.

In 2026, through strategic alignment and merger with like-minded enterprises, the organisation evolved into Socinga Africa — a diversified Group of Companies with active operations across four jurisdictions and four industries.

Today, Socinga Africa Operates Across:

  • Insurance Administration
  • Creative Multimedia & Brand Solutions
  • Strategic Mining Investments
  • Community Development & Sustainable Impact

With active operations in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi — and expansion plans into Western and Eastern Africa — the group reflects a deliberate commitment to continental collaboration and economic sovereignty.
