Community Liaison Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a community liaison officer to manage relationships between our mining operation and surrounding communities in the Ashanti region. You will facilitate community meetings, manage grievance resolution, oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes, and ensure compliance with Ghana's Minerals Commission community engagement requirements.

Requirements

• ▸Degree in Social Sciences or Community Development
• ▸2+ years community liaison experience in mining
• ▸Fluent in Twi and English
• ▸Conflict resolution skills
