You will optimise gold recovery rates, manage reagent consumption, oversee carbon management, and ensure consistent plant throughput. The role demands a thorough understanding of CIP/CIL circuits, VAT leaching, and elution processes. You will report directly to the operations manager.

Requirements

▸BEng Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
▸5+ years CIP/CIL plant experience

▸SAZ quality management understanding
